从裂果薯中分得三种新型甾族苦味成分,通过光谱解析,推定箭根酮内酯 A 和 B 的结构为1和2.1对肿瘤细胞有抑制作用,并对鼠疟原虫有杀灭作用.

Tacca plantaginea(Hance)Drenth.is a herbaceous plant which distributes in theSouth of China,its rhizome has long been used,for analgesic,antiinflammatory andincised wounds.From which three steroidal bitter principles were isolated.Thestructures of taccalonolide A(1)and B(2)were elucidated by spectroscopic methodsand confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.
