摘要
g-C_3N_4是一种由碳和氮原子组成的新兴发光材料,具有石墨相结构、独特的光学和电子特性。与纯g-C_3N_4材料相比,复合型g-C_3N_4具有更高的检测性能和更广泛的检测应用,在生物成像和生物检测等领域具有很大的发展前景。本文主要对复合型g-C_3N_4在检测重金属离子、人体内生物大分子、细胞成像等荧光探针方面的应用进行了综述,并对复合型g-C_3N_4在将来的发展应用进行了展望。
Graphite carbon nitride(g-C3N4)is a new type of optical material composed of carbon and nitrogen atoms with a graphite phase structure and unique optical and electronic properties.Compared with pure g-C3N4,composite g-C3N4 materials have great development prospect in the fields of biological imaging and biological detection attributed to their better detection performance and wider detection applications.In this paper,the applications of complex g-C3N4 in the detection of heavy metal ions,human macromolecules,cell imaging and other fluorescent probes were reviewed,and then the future development of composite g-C3N4 was prospected.
