摘要
静置条件下,以无水乙醇为溶剂盐酸为催化剂,简单高效地合成了系列2,3-二氢-4(1H)-喹唑啉酮衍生物。该反应的主要优点是简单易行,操作简单,容易纯化,催化剂成本低,反应条件温和节约能源。
A facile synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4( 1 H)-ones in the presence of catalytic amount of hydrochloric acid under stationary state in absolute ethanol at room temperature was described.The simplicity and easy handling of the system,simple workup and easy purification,low-cost catalyst,mild reaction conditions and energy savings were the main advantages of this procedure.
