摘要
酮酰胺化合物是一类重要的胺类化合物,其独特的双官能团和多反应中心的特性引起了科学家们的极大兴趣。以过度金属催化合成α-酮酰胺的方法具有反应高效、产率高等优点。综述了近些年金属催化的炔胺氧化酰胺化、卤代烃双羰化、芳基酮酸缩合、芳酮氧化合成α-酮酰胺化合物的方法,并对未来的发展趋势作了展望,希望给研究人员提供一些参考与帮助。
Theα-ketoamides is a class of important amine compounds.Their unique bifunctional groups and multi-reaction centers have aroused great interest of scientists.Synthesis ofα-ketoamide catalyzed by transition metals has the advantages of high reaction efficiency and high yield.The methods of metal-catalyzed alkynyl oxidative amination,halogenated hydrocarbon double carbonylation,aryl keto acid condensation,and aryl ketone oxidation for the synthesis ofα-ketoamide compounds in recent years is reviewed,and the future development trends is presentesd,in order to provide some references and help for researchers.
