摘要
高固体分丙烯酸树脂作为一种性能优异的高固体分涂料成膜物,得到了广泛认可。对比了不同工艺条件下,树脂合成反应温度、单体加料时间及恒温时间等工艺条件对合成树脂性能的影响,并对制备的涂膜性能进行了对比。高固体分丙烯酸树脂的合成除了考虑合成工艺条件优化外,继续提高该类树脂的固体份仍需在配方设计及功能单体种类上下功夫。
High solid acrylic resin has been widely recognized as a film-forming agent for high solid paint with excellent performance.The ef-fects of reaction temperature,monomer feeding time and constant temperature time on the properties of synthesized resin under different process con-ditions are compared,and the properties of the prepared coatings are also compared.The synthesis of high solid acrylic resin not only takes into ac-count the optimization of synthetic process conditions,but also requires efforts in formulation design and functional monomer types to improve the sol-id content of resin.
