Determination of Selenium in Rice of Agricultural Soil by Microwave Digestion-Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要 探讨微波消解前处理,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤污染详查土地大米中硒含量的分析方法。大米样品先用硝酸和过氧化氢进行微波消解,而后上机测定消解液。实验优化了样品前处理条件和仪器测定条件,解决了消解液中待测元素硒挥发损失、前处理时间长等问题。方法经生物成分分析标准物质验证,结果与标准值吻合。用本方法硒的检出限为0.005μg/g,精密度小于7%。该方法操作简单、快速、结果准确可靠,应用于实际样品的检测,结果满意。 To establish a method for the determination of selenium in rice of agricultural soil by microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was investigated.The rice samples were preproduced by microwave digestion with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide,then the contents of trace selenium were determined.Optimum instrumental and analytical conditions for determining selenium have been investigated in detail,and the problems such as the losing of selenium and wasting of time were solved.The method has been applied to the determination of Se in National Standard Reference plant samples and the results are in agreement with certified values.The detection limit of the method was 0.005μg/g with relative standard deviations less than 7%.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,it has been applied to the sample analysis with satisfactory re-sults.
