白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后患者视功能的变化

The change of vision function in the patients after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation

目的 探讨白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后患者视功能的提高和维持。方法 对白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术的患者 116例 ,分别在手术前、手术后 1周、1月、3月和 6月作眼科检查并完成视功能问卷。结果 视功能得分及与视力有关的日常活动限制、周边视野、感觉适应和立体觉四个指标的得分在手术后 1周、1月、3月和 6月四个时点之间比较 ,两两之间均无统计学差异 ,但均高于手术前得分。结论 老年性白内障患者在行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术后 1周 ,视功能即快速提高 ,从术后 1周至 6个月 ,视功能无明显变化。

Abstarct Objective To investigate the improvem entand maintenance of the vision function in the patients after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens im plantation.Methods The study population consisted of 116 pa- tients receiving phacoem ulsification with intraocular lens im plantation.They were interviewed using the vision function questionnaire,and the clinical outcom es were eveluated before surgery and at 1- week,1- m onth,3- m onth, 6 - month visit after surgery respectively.Results Patients reported similar scores of vision function and all the four subscales am ong 1- week,1- month,3- month and 6 - month following- up visit after surgery,all of which were higher than the scores before surgery.Conclusion The patients receiving phacoemulsification reported rapid im provement in vision function after surgery,and the vision function scores were not changed significantly from 1week to 6 months after surgery.
