摘要
目的 探讨图像视觉诱发电位 (PVEP)自律空间频率进行手、眼、脑联合训练法治疗儿童弱视。方法 用国产 DV- 10 0 PVEP分析系统检测弱视儿童的振幅与潜时 ,按其较好一档的振幅与潜时的空间频率作为第一张自律空间频率光盘刺激训练的信号 ,以后根据视力进步与 PVEP复查 ,再换相应的高空间频率来刺激训练 ,直到视力提高到 1.0。结果 3~ 9岁弱视儿童 172例 (2 92只眼 ) ,随访 4~ 2 1月 ,视力提高≥ 0 .9者 78只眼 ,视力提高 2行以上者 16 6只眼 ,无效 4 8只眼 ,总有效率 83.5 3%。结论
Objective To study the use of pattern visual evoked potential(PVEP) respective spatial frequency stimulating therapy of amblyopia that can exercise hands,eyes and brain together.Methods We use DV-100 PVEP analyse system to examine the amplitude and potential period of amplyopia children,then choose the right spatial frequency with normal amplitude and potential period as the stimulating therapy's signal for the disc.Following the improvement of visual activity and the reexamination of PVEP.The stimulating therapy changes to another corresponding higher space frequency,It continues until the visual activity reaches 1.0.Results 172 children (292 eyes) aged from 3 to 9 years old were followed for 4~21 months.The visual activities were over 0.9 in 78 eyes,improved 2 lines or more in 166 eyes,ineffective in 48 eyes,the total effective rate was 83.5%.Conclusion PVEP respective spatial frequency stimulating therapy is an effective treatment for the children with amblyopia.
