高脂血症对VEGF与NO浓度的影响及降脂治疗后的变化 被引量:34

摘要 目的 :探讨高脂血症时血管活性物质的变化特点及调脂药物gemfibrozil对内皮功能影响的机制。方法 :通过建立大鼠高脂血症模型 ,检测其血TC ,TG ,LDL -C ,HDL -C ,NO ,AngⅡ和VEGF浓度及其在 gemfi brozil治疗 16周后的变化。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,发现不仅TC ,TG ,LDL -C ,HDL -C浓度升高 ,而且血NO浓度下降 ,VEGF升高 ,但AngⅡ浓度、血压和心脏重量无显著改变。治疗组的TG ,LDL -C显著下降 ,且血NO ,VEGF浓度上升。结论 :高脂血症同样会损害内皮 ,造成内皮功能障碍甚至组织缺血 ,而 gemfibrozil可逆转该改变 ,是降脂之外的作用 ,可能通过VEGF ,NO起效、与AngⅡ浓度无关。 Objective:In order to study the impact of hyperlipidemia on vosoactive substances and the role of gemfibrozil in regulating the endothelial function. Methods:We produce the hypefiipidemic model with SD rats. The Plasmic levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, NO, Ang Ⅱ and VEGF were measured in each groups.Results:Hyperlipidemic rats had lower levels of NO and higher level of VEGF compared with those of control subjects. Direct correlation were observed between LDL-C and NO, TG and NO, SBP and NO. Administration of gemfibrozil significantly elevated plasmic VEGF and NO.Conclusions: Hyperlipidemia was associated with reduced plasmic NO that contributed to endothelial dysfunction. VEGF was a protective factor in maintenance of endothelial function. The Pleiotropic effects of gemfibrozil were displayed besides lipid-lowering.
