心内膜心肌活检对扩张型心肌病病理组织学诊断指标的探讨——附44例扩张型心肌病的病例分析

The Histopathological Diagnostic Criteria of the Endomyocardial Biopsies in Dilated Cardiomyopathy

本文对44例扩张型心肌病心内膜心肌活检标本进行了分析,其中22例从形态学角度,用定量和半定量的方法进行观察对比。文中着重讨论了扩张型心肌病病变特点、病变程度与临床分期的关系以及早期扩张型心肌病的病理诊断指标问题。

Ninety-five endomyocardial samples from the patients suspected with myocardial diseases were studied. 44 of them were diagnosed histopathologically as dilated cardiomyopathy. The authors think that the diagnostic characteristics should be based on the myocardiac hypertrophy alternating with atrophy, degeneration of the myocardium, abnormalities of the nucleus and fibrosis of the interstitial tissuse. The consistency of the pathological changes with the clinical stages was proved. Furthermore, the authors think that early dilated cardiomyopathy is only a milder pathological change than those in later stages.If other secondary cardiovascular diseases can be ruled out the pathological changes mentioned above should lead to the diagnosis of early dilated cardiomyopathy.
