二倍体型与三倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫成虫氨基酸含量测定

Measurement of the Amounts of Amino Acids Contained in Diploid and Triploid Paragonimus Westermani

当前已明确卫氏并殖吸虫(Paragonimus westermani,Kerbert,1878)有二倍体型(两性生殖型或基本型)及三倍体型(孤雌生殖型或无精子型)之分。宫崎(1978)根据成虫受精囊内精子的有无。

This paper reports the amounts of amino acids, measured with 835-50 amino acid auto-analyser, in adult diploid Paragonimus westermani in Heilongjiang Province and triploid type P. westermani in Liaoning Province.Results showed that the same kinds of 17 amino acids but with great differenes in quantity were contained in both types of lung flukes. In triploid type, the quantity ranged from 0.58～5.19%, and in diploid type, 0.32～2.87%. The amounts of 17 amino acids were listed and comparisions were made between the two lung flukes studied and also with others so far reported. It appears that amino acid analysis could be a method of reference for the taxonomy of lung flukes.
