带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨转位植骨术重建股骨近端缺损

Reconstruction of Proximal Femoral Defect with the Deep Circumflex Iliac Vascular-pedicle Bone Graft

本文报道用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨转位植骨术,重建股骨近端缺损4例。骨缺损面积5～11cm×2.5～3cm。术后8～12周骨愈合。随访6～28个月,病变无复发,患肢功能正常。

Four patients, aged 9 to 37 with tuberculosis, fibrous dysplasia, osteoid cystis and chronic osteomyelitis respectively were treated by reconstruction of proximal femoral defect with the transferred deep circumflex iliac vascular-pedicle bone graft.After resection and dissection of focuses the bony defects covering areas from 5 to 11cm×2.5 to 3.0cm healed in 8～12 weeks. All patients were followed up for 6～28 months, no pathological changes were found.This method has the advantage of simplicity,speedy bony union, safety and reliability.It is applicable to filling the proximal femoral caused by resection on dissection due to inflammation tuberculosis, benign tumour or tumour-like lesions with perfect femoral heads.
