小檗胺松弛兔主动脉条作用原理的初步探讨

Primary Research on Relaxation Mechanisms of Berbamine on the isolated Rabbit Aorta

小檗胺能够松弛由高钾和去甲肾上腺素引起兔主动脉条的收缩,并使钙量-效曲线右移,最大反应降低,对钙拮抗参数PD′_2为4.13,同戊脉安类似(PD′_2=4.89)。故可认为小檗胺为非竞争型钙桔抗荆。α-受体和β-受体阻滞剂都不影响其松弛动脉条作用。

The contraction of the isolated rabbit aorta induced by the high K^+, and noradrenaline could be relaxed by berbamine(BA), and BA shifted the calcium dose-responce curve to the right,but the maximal response was reduced. The antagonistic parameter, PD′2 of barbamine on calcium contraction was 4.13, it is similar to varapamil(PD′2=4.89). So berbamine can be considered as an uncompeted calcium antagonist. Neither the α-receptor blocker nor the β-receptor blocker influenced the relxation effect of berbamine.
