摘要
本文报道应用4个解剖学限定的心尖切面通过计算机技术形成左室三维再现的方法。为实现三维再现研究了置于水槽中5个离体的猪心和选择的5例正常健康人。结果表明,数字化的资料通过计算机处理分析是容易的,而且能获得更多的信息,如容积、形状、心肌肥厚的分布和室壁运动。
We describe a method of generating a three-dimensional reconstruction of left ventricle by computer techniques which uses four anatomically defined apical yields.5 excised porcine hearts in water bath and selected 5 healthy normal subject were studied for three-dimensional reconstruction of left ventricle. Results showed that digitized data are easy to process by a computer and much information such as volume,shape, distribution of myocardial hypertrophy and wall motion can be obtained.
