烟台四十里湾海域初级生产力特征 被引量:2

Characteristics of the Primary Productivity in Sishili Bay,Yantai

摘要 于2008年5月~2009年12月运用"黑白瓶"测氧法逐月观测烟台四十里湾海域的生产力状况,分析讨论两年月份动态变化特征。结果表明:毛初级生产力、净初级生产力、呼吸耗氧量平均值分别为3486.88±2424.67mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1)、1635.02±1304.71mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1)、1832.50±1510.90mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1),月际变化规律明显,春季、夏季、秋季月份毛初级生产力和呼吸耗氧量高于冬季月份(p<0.05),单峰型或双峰型,总体2008年毛、净初级生产力水平明显高于2009年同期;春、夏、秋、冬毛初级生产力、净初级生产力垂直变化大,随着水深的增加而减少,其中0.5m层毛初级生产力、净初级生产力明显高于2.0m以下层,且以夏、秋两季最为明显;P/R系数范围0.84~6.16,平均值1.92,且净初级生产力只有在特殊情况下出现负值,在海洋生物活动旺盛的春、夏、秋季节虽然呼吸耗氧量大,但净初级生产力剩余仍较多,说明该海域能量转换快,生命活力强。 In order to clarify the status of primary productivity in Sishili Bay along Yantai coast,the productivity from May 2008 to December 2009 was determined with dark-white bottle method.The features of productivity variation and the status of the life activity were also analyzed.The results indicated that the mean of gross primary productivity,net primary productivity,and respiratory oxygen consumption was 3486.88 2424.67mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1),1635.02±1304.71mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1),and 1832.50± 1510.90mgO_2·m^(-2)·d^(-1)separately all over the two years.The monthly change curve of them was in single or double apex type.Furthermore,the minimum of gross primary productivity,net primary productivity,and respiratory oxygen consumption appeared in winter(p<0.05).The gross primary productivity and net primary productivity in 2008 were significantly higher than thoseat in 2009.Their vertical variations were obvious and reduced as the depth increased.The values in 0.5mlayer were significantly higher than those at in the layers below 2.0mall over the two years and especially in summer and autumn.The primary productivity had a close relationship with phytoplankton quantity.The primary productivity was high in the areas where the amount of phytoplankton with high chlorophyll was large.And the negative value only appeared under special circumstances.The P/R value varied between0.84and^6.16 and its mean was 1.92.Although the value of respiratory oxygen consumption was large in spring,summer,and autumn with strong marine biological activity,the remaining of net primary productivity was still high.The above results illustrated that energy conversion was fast and life vitality was strong in Sishili Bay.
