摘要
通过将螺蛳与3个不同覆盖面积的菹草(10%、20%、30%)组合,研究了沉水植物菹草和底栖动物螺蛳构建的净化体系对养殖池塘水体及底泥间隙水氮、磷等污染物的净化效果。结果表明:螺蛳对养殖池塘水体及底泥具有一定的净化效果,菹草和螺蛳协同作用对养殖池塘水体及底泥氮磷等污染物的去除效果优于螺蛳单独作用;不同覆盖面积的菹草和螺蛳组合作用对养殖池塘水体及底泥总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)、化学耗氧量(COD)、铵态氮(NH_4^+-N)、硝态氮(NO_3^--N)、亚硝态氮(NO_2^--N)等的去除效果不同,覆盖面积30%的菹草和螺蛳组合对可大幅降低养殖池塘水体中TN、TP、NH_4^+-N以及NO_2^--N浓度。
An aquatic plants-benthic creatures system in pond was established by adding Bellamya aeruginosa and 3different coverage areas of Potamogeton crispus.Results demonstrated that Bellamya aeruginosa had purification effect of aquaculture pond water and sediment.Removing effect of Potamogeton crispus and Bellamya aeruginosa on Nitrogen and Phosphate etc.of aquaculture ponds water and sediment was better than that of the benthic creatures group.The effect on removal of total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),COD,ammonia nitrogen(NH_4^+-N),nitrite nitrogen(NO_2^--N)were different,when Bellamya aeruginosa combined with differentcoverage areas of Potamogeton crispus.Through synergic actions,Potamogeton crispus and Bellamya aeruginosa could decrease TN、TP、NH_4^+-N and NO_2^--N contents in the ponds.
