說“勾、够、彀”——《華音撮要》連-介詞“勾”考源

On the Origin of an Conjunction-Preposition “Gou” in Huayin Cuoyao

本文從詞義引申理據和現代漢語方言佐證兩個方面論證朝鮮時代漢語教科書《華音撮要》等文本中的連-介詞'勾'的本字是'彀(够)';文中揭示了'勾、够、彀'三個字的形義關係,説明可靠的文獻资料對於漢語史研究的重要作用。

This paper argues that the conjunction-preposition "Gou"(勾)in those Chinese textbooks such as Huayin Cuoyao in Joseon Dynasty was originally developed from "Gou"(彀/够). It can be proved from two aspects i. e. the semantic extension and the dialects of modern Chinese. By revealing the relation of these three "Gou"s(勾/彀/够)in form and meaning,this paper finally shows the reliable documentation is of great significance in the research of Chinese language history.
