現有辭書所收唐代官制詞語釋義有待訂補。'東寺'並非'東宫官署率更寺的别稱',而是門下省的别稱;'番官'也不能僅僅理解爲某個吏職,而是'諸司流外非長上者的總名'。'黄衣'指黄衣選人,而非'道士的衣服'。'負璽'代指侍中,不能僅理解爲近侍官。'典書'除'典籍'或'法令'義外,還可以指唐代典正書籍的一種流外官。'宥密'除辭書已有釋義外,還應增加義項:指翰林院。

The definitions of certain words about the official system in Tang dynasty included in current dictionaries need to be corrected and supplemented."dōng sì(東寺)"does not mean"A nickname of the Court of the Watches in the Household of the Heir Apparent",but" the nickname of the Ministry of Supervision"."fān guān(番官)"can not merely interpreted as a kind of clerks,but an umbrella name of outpost officers who do not work for a long term."huáng yī(黄衣)"refers to"huáng yī xuǎn rén(黄衣選人)",but not the clothes of Taoist priests."fù xǐ(負璽)"is Privy Counselor instead of valets."diǎn shū(典書)"also means a kind of outpost officers who can organize books,in addition to the meaning of"classics"or"decrees".We should add another sense of meanings to "yòu mì(宥密)"besides the existing ones,namely,National Academy.
