随着真理标准大讨论的进行,我们党重新确立了实事求是的思想路线,实现了党和国家工作重心的转移,形成了改革开放的思想动力机制,开启了改革开放的伟大进程。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持全面深化改革,协调推进'四个全面'战略布局,统筹推进'五位一体'总体布局,形成了全面深化改革的实践动力机制,开启了中国发展的第五个现代化——国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。随着党风政风的全面好转和政治生态的全面向好,推进改革开放的政治保证进一步坚强有力,党的政治优势和政治立场进一步强化,统筹国际国内两个大局稳步推进、扎实有效,进一步巩固了推进改革开放的政治动力机制。

With the discussion on the criterion of truth,our party has already re-established the ideological guideline of seeking truth from facts,which consequently helps realize the shift of the focus for the work of both the party and the country,form the mechanism of ideological driving force for reform and opening up,and launch the great process of reform and opening up.Ever since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,central committee of the party with Chairman Xi as the core has stuck to comprehensively deepening reform,coordinated to advance the'Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy'and promoted the'fivesphere integrated plan'as a whole,which formed the dynamic mechanism for practice of comprehensively deepening reform,and launched the fifth modernization for the development of modern China-the modernization of national modern management system and governance ability.With the overall improvement of party conduct and government style,as well as the overall prosperity of political ecology,the political guarantee for promoting reform and opening up is further strengthened,the political advantages and political position of the party are further enhanced.By coordinating the overall international and domestic situation steadily,firmly and effectively,the political driving force mechanism for promoting reform and opening up is further consolidated.
