中古漢譯佛經被動式使用頻率再議——以中古7部般若經為考察基點

Reconsideration on the Passive Frequency in Chinese Buddhist Sutras——Based on the Investigation of Seven Prajnaparamita Sutra

考察7部般若部異譯經的被動式,再結合相關研究成果,可以發現:漢譯佛經被動式的使用頻率與中土文獻相比,孰高孰低,目前尚難以斷定;漢譯佛經的被動式,與佛經原文的被動句沒有絕對的對應關係。

Based on thorough investigation of the passive voice of seven Prajnaparamita Sutra and existed research achievements,this paper argues the current view that the passive frequency in Chinese Buddhist sutras is higher than other Chinese literature should be reviewed.Differences of the regularity on the passive voice between in Chinese Buddhist sutras and other Chinese literature could not be generalized.Passive voice in the Chinese Buddhist sutras is not necessarily corresponding to that in the Sanskrit Buddhist sutras.
