摘要
失重作为一种主要的空间环境因素,对航天员的心理和生理等方面会产生一定的影响。本文综述了失重/模拟失重对动物行为的影响,以及对神经可塑性、神经细胞结构和功能、神经细胞内蛋白及基因表达的影响,由表观及微观,并展望了航天医学领域中对于神经系统研究的发展方向,以期为当前航天医学领域的相关研究提供思路。
As a primary space environmental factor,weightlessness influences the astronauts psychologically and physiologically.The purpose of this paper was to review the research progress of the effects of weightlessness/simulated weightlessness on animal behavior,the changes in neural plasticity,neural cells’ structure,function,proteins and genes in microgravity environment.The trends of neural system researches in the field of space medicine was prospected which may provide reference for the current researches in space medicine.
