从概念范畴化看汉语定中关系动名复合词

On the V-N Compounds in Contemporary Chinese:From the Perspective of Conceptual Categorization

本文从概念范畴化的角度重新审视定中关系动名复合词。定中关系动名复合词反映出来的各种语言现象符合概念次范畴化的要求和特点。一方面,次范畴化要求定语具有足够的区别功能。单音节动词必须具有足够的能够起到区别作用的语义成分才能直接充当定语。另一方面,次范畴化需要逐级进行,这也决定了"煤炭开采场"类复合词的语序和结构层次。双音节动词直接修饰中心语后,如果前面再出现受事,则是对原有概念的进一步次范畴化。

This paper studies the V-N compounds in Contemporary Chinese from the perspective of conceptual categorization.Conceptual categories are organized systemically and hierarchically.First of all,there need to be enough information to differentiate each subcategory.Monosyllabic verbs act as attributive only when its semantic meaning is adequate for sub-categorization.Second of all,the subcategories will form a hierarchal system of multiple levels and belong to the categories directly above it,but not other categories across levels.This determines the word order and structural hierarchy of Npatient-V-N compounds like'meitankaicaichang'.
