摘要
从建设目标、系统架构、技术和功能等方面介绍数值预报故障短信通知服务的设计与实现。构建该服务目的是为保证数值预报系统时效性提供一种技术支持。该服务系统以作业事件管理系统和短彩信云平台系统为基础。通过在作业事件管理系统中嵌入故障监测模块、故障说明与定位模块、信息发送模块,在短彩信云平台中设置发送对象群组列表、植入信息接收接口,解决了双重故障监测和跨系统信息交换技术的问题。实现了数值预报系统风险警告、故障步骤简要说明和定位、群组短信通知等功能。以全球海浪数值预报系统为例进行测试实验,实验结果表明故障短信服务辅助系统能有效帮助管理员及时发现和处理数值预报系统故障。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of a short message service(SMS)notification system for numerical forecasting system from the aspects of construction objectives,system architecture,functions and techniques.The reason to develop such a notification system is to provide a technical support for the timeliness of numerical forecasting systems.The notification system is based on job management system and the SMS platform.The problems of double fault monitoring and cross-system information exchange are solved by embedding the fault monitoring module,fault description and location module and information sending module in the job management system,and setting recipient group list and implanting information receiving interface in the SMS platform.The notification system is tested using a global wave numerical forecasting system.The results show that notification system is helpful for administrators to timely detect and deal with numerical forecasting system faults.
