语言介入国际关系研究的历程:一个语言现实主义的故事——一项基于CNKI文献数据的研究

When International Relations Meet Language:A Story of Lingual Realism to be Told——A Research Based on CNKI Literature

虽然语言和国际关系从未分开过,语言真正进入国际关系的研究视野却始自20世纪80年代。当时,在'语言转向'冲击整个社会科学的背景下,国际关系学界开始讨论语言在国际关系研究中的作用和地位等问题。语言走进国际关系研究议程的过程,实际上是一个语言权力不断被开发的过程。因此,从表象工具到话语权到话语建构认同的过程,是一个语言现实主义的故事。为此,本文主要做了三项工作:第一,以中国知网(CNKI)为研究助手,梳理国际关系研究中与语言相关的文献,进行归纳分类,用文献证实笔者的观点;第二,在解读文献的基础上,进一步探寻了语言在国际关系理论中的发展历程;最后,在梳理阐发的基础上,对今后国际政治语言学的发展方向和研究议程作学理性的展望。

It is acknowledged that language wins its academic access to International Relations research only from the 1980 s under the great impact of the"linguistic turn"which was then sweeping the humanities as a whole although language stays with International Relations all the time.It is argued in the paper that the course for language to get put on the research agenda of International Relations research is one during which the power of language is gradually developed and disclosed,so a story of Lingual Realism to be told.So the paper consists of three parts:firstly,categorization of all the relevant CNKI literature serves to verify the main point;secondly,to have a theoretical exploration into the course during which language gets more and more powerful based on the literature and finally to make prediction about the future role of language in International Relations.
