形象及权力关系的话语建构——环保报告披露过程的批评话语分析

Discursive Construction of Image and Power Relations:A Critical Discourse Analysis of Revealing Environmental Work Report

在京津冀协同发展重大国家战略中,生态环保成为率先突破的重点领域。天津市环境保护局采取一些列措施贯彻落实这一国家战略,其中包括在其官网公布各区县在大气污染治理方面的工作报告。本文选取天津蓟州的工作报告作为分析语料,运用费尔克劳(Fairclough)的批评话语分析方法,从结构分析和互动分析两个方面对出现在天津市环保局官网的这份工作报告进行分析,试图说明话语在这一社会实践中的作用。研究发现,天津市环保局在这一信息发布过程中对区县环保局具有权威,而这种权威是通过话语策略建构的,同时,这些话语策略也帮助构建了环保局的形象。

For the major national strategy of integrated and coordinated development of Jing-jin-ji(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei)areas,the ecological environment protection is a field thatneeds a breakthrough.To further implement this national strategy,Tianjin Environmental Protection Bureau takes a series of measures,of which one is to put the county’s enviornmental work reports on its official website.This paper selects Jixian county’s work report as data and,by applying Faiclough’s critical discourse analytical framework,namely,structual analysis and interactinal analysis,investigates how discourse works in this social practice of putting the report on the official website.It is found that power relations between the municipal city and county is constructed by discursive strategies,which in turn helps construct an image of the city to implement the key national strategy of Jing-jin-ji development.
