关节镜下微骨折术在膝关节软骨损伤治疗中的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of arthroscopic micro fracture in treatment of articular cartilage injury of knee joint

目的分析关节镜下微骨折术在膝关节软骨损伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取本院于2015年7月至2017年9月收治的65例膝关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法分组,研究组(n=33)施行关节镜下微骨折术进行治疗,对照组(n=32)施行关节清理术进行治疗。对比分析两组膝关节软骨损伤患者的临床治疗。结果研究组的总有效率(90. 91%)显著高于对照组(62. 50%)(P <0. 05);研究组的HSS膝关节功能评分、Tegner运动能力评分显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对膝关节软骨损伤患者采取关节镜下微骨折术治疗,可获得显著疗效,改善HSS评分,提高患者的运动能力,具有很高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of articular cartilage injury.Methods Totally 65 patients with cartilage injury of knee joint treated from July 2015 to September 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,the study group was treated with arthroscopic micro-fracture.The control group was treated with joint debridement.The clinical treatment of articular cartilage injury in two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HSS score of knee joint function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic microfracture can be used to treat articular cartilage injury patients,which can improve the HSS score and improve the motor ability of the patients.
