冠心病患者心脏康复治疗后动脉硬化指标变化研究

摘要 目的研究冠心病患者心脏康复治疗前后动脉硬化指标的变化,探讨运动康复对血管壁动脉硬化的僵硬度的影响,为冠心病患者的心脏康复治疗提供新的方法。方法对2016年8月—2017年8月期间在郑州市第九人民医院心脏中心住院治疗的100例冠心病患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果确诊为冠心病,心脏康复治疗前后检测受试者的动脉硬化指标:心踝脉搏波传导速度(ha PWV)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)。结果患者心脏康复治疗后的ba PWV、ha PWV均低于治疗前(P <0. 05),差异具体统计学意义,ABI心脏康复治疗前后的差异具体统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论心脏康复治疗后,冠心病患者的ba PWV/(ha PWV)均降低,说明心脏康复治疗能改善冠心病患者的动脉硬化。 Objective To study the changes of atherosclerosis indexes before and after cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease and to explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation on the stiffness of atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease and to provide a new method for cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 100 CHD patients hospitalized in the heart center of our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography.The indexes of atherosclerosis were measured before and after heart rehabilitation Ankle pulse wave velocity(ha PWV),brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV),and ankle-brachial index(ABI).Results The ba PWV and ha PWV after cardiac rehabilitation were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the difference between before and after ABI cardiac rehabilitation was statistically significant.Conclusion After the heart rehabilitation,the ba PWV/(ha PWV)in patients with coronary heart disease decreased,indicating that cardiac rehabilitation can improve atherosclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
