参附注射液对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响

Effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨参附注射液对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月在焦作市第二人民医院确诊为急性心肌梗死患者58例,按随机数字法分为两组,29例患者给予常规治疗为常规组,29例患者给予常规治疗联合参附注射液治疗为探究组,观察两组疗效。结果探究组的总有效率(79. 31%)高于常规组(51. 72%)(P <0. 05);两组治疗后心脏指数(CI)、心排血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)指标均高于治疗前,心率(HR)指标低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);探究组心功能各指标改善效果优于常规组(P <0. 05);两组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CPR)指标均低于治疗前,一氧化碳(NO)指标高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);探究组TNF-α、CPR及NO水平改善幅度显著于常规组(P <0. 05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论参附注射液可有效改善急性心肌梗死患者心功能,降低炎症反应,临床治疗安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Totally 58 patients with acute myocardial infarction diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into conventional group(29 cases)and study group(29 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,besides,the study group was given additional Shenfu injection,and the curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 79.31%which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group 51.72%(P<0.05);After treatment,the indexes of CI,CO and LVEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the indexes of HR in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and their differences were statistically significant;The improvements of heart function in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the indexes of TNF-αand CPR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the indexes of NO in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and their differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The improvements of TNF-α,CPR and NO in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Shenfu injection which is safe and effective,can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction and reduce their inflammatory responses.
