血清IL-17、PA、sTREM-1与PCT水平联合检测在重症肺炎中的诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、前白蛋白(PA)、可溶性髓系细胞表达的触发受体-1(sTREM-1)与降钙素原(PCT)水平联合检测在重症肺炎中诊断应用价值。方法选取漯河市中医院重症肺炎患者57例作为观察组,另取51例健康体检者作为对照组,均行血清IL-17、PA、sTREM-1、PCT水平检测,统计比较两组血清PCT、PA、IL-17、sTREM-1水平及各指标联合检测与单一检测诊断结果。结果观察组血清IL-17、sTREM-1、PCT水平高于对照组,血清PA水平低于对照组(P <0. 05); IL-17、PA、sTREM-1、PCT联合检测诊断准确率为90. 74%(98/108)、灵敏度为94. 74%(54/57),高于各指标单一检测;联合检测漏诊率为5. 26%(3/57),低于各指标单一检测(P <0. 05)。结论重症肺炎患者血清IL-17、PA、sTREM-1及PCT水平异于健康者,联合检测对重症肺炎诊断灵敏度高、准确率高,且漏诊率低,可为临床诊治疾病提供参考。
