痰热清注射液辅助治疗重症脑梗塞继发肺部感染的临床分析

Analysis on curative effect of therapy plus Tanreqing injection in treatment of pulmonary infection in patients with serious cerebral infarction

目的研究痰热清注射液在重症脑梗塞继发肺部感染中的应用价值。方法 72例重症脑梗塞继发肺部感染患者,随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例,对照组给予抗生素治疗,治疗组在抗生素治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液20 ml,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率为91.70%,对照组疗效为83.30%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论痰热清注射液可以辅助治疗重症脑梗塞继发肺部感染。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy plus tanreqing injection in the treatment of pulmonary infection in the patients with serious cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 72 patients with cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional therapy.The observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection based on the control group.The clinical curative effect was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.70%,it was higher than that of the control group,which was 83.30%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy plus Tanreqing injection could be used to treat pulmonary infection in the patients with serious cerebral infarction.
