甲状腺结节的超声TI-RADS诊断在健康体检中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析甲状腺结节的超声TI-RADS诊断在健康体检中的应用价值。方法选取2016年11月到2017年11月来河南大学附属郑州颐和医院行健康体检者360例,所有受检者均行甲状腺结节超声TI-RADS诊断,以病理诊断为金标准,分析其应用价值。结果 360例检查出237个甲状腺结节,经病理诊断证实随分级升高恶性病变检出率呈递增趋势,女性患者多于男性患者,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检中应用超声TI-RADS分级诊断甲状腺癌,诊断准确率较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the ultrasonic TI-RADS thyroid nodule diagnosis value in health examination.Methods From November 2016 to November 2017 to 360 cases in our hospital during the period of public health examination,all subjects underwent thyroid nodule ultrasound TI-RADS diagnosis,pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the analysis of its application value.Results Totally 360 cases of people examined 237 patients with thyroid nodules,pathological diagnosis confirmed with the grading of malignant lesions showed an increasing trend,female patients were more than male patients,data comparison differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma TI-RADS diagnosis accuracy rate in health examination,it is worthy of clinical application.
