神经内镜手术治疗老年女性颅底肿瘤的疗效探讨

Neuroendoscopic surgery for treatment of skull base tumors in elderly women

目的探讨神经内镜手术治疗老年女性颅底肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月黑龙江佳木斯市中心医院收治的老年女性颅底肿瘤患者60例,根据手术方式的不同随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组接受神经内镜手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效和并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为66.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜手术可有效治疗老年女性颅底肿瘤,且可减少并发症的发生。

Objective to investigate the efficacy of neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of skull base tumors in elderly women.Methods Totally 60 cases of elderly female patients with skull base tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical methods 30 cases each.The control group received conventional surgery,and the observation group received neuroendoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 66.67%in the observation group and 73.33%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic surgery can effectively treat cranial base tumors in elderly women and reduce the incidence of complications.
