硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对早发型重度子痫前期孕妇血流动力学的影响 被引量:6

Effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on hemodynamics in pregnant women with early onset severe pre-eclampsia

摘要 目的探讨硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对早发型重度子痫前期孕妇血流动力学的影响。方法选择2016年8月—2018年8月商丘市第一人民医院妇产科收治的60例早发型重度子痫前期孕妇作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为2组,各30例。均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上使用硫酸镁,观察组采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组血流动力学水平及妊娠结局。结果治疗1周后,观察组PI、RI水平明显低于对照组,收缩期最大血流速度、舒张末期速度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发型重度子痫前期孕妇采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗能够有效改善血流动力学水平,降低不良妊娠发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on hemodynamics in pregnant women with early onset severe pre-eclampsia.Methods Totally 60 pregnant women with early onset severe pre-eclampsia in the gynaecology and obstetrics department from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.All selected cases were given routine treatment,and on this basis,control group was given magnesium sulfate,while observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and labetalol.The levels of hemodynamics and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment for 1 week,the levels of PI and RI in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in treatment of pregnant women with early onset severe pre-eclampsia can effectively improve the levels of hemodynamics,and decrease the incidence of adverse pregnancy.
