健康中国视角下医务社工小组工作模式在公立医院的实务探讨

Practical discussion on the working mode of medical social-worker group in public hospitals from a healthy China perspective

2012年,党的十八大召开,'提高人民健康水平'被写入党的十八大报告,以习近平同志为核心的党中央以国家长远发展为基点,以民族伟大复兴为目标,开启了建设健康中国的新征程。党的十九大报告中提出,'实施健康中国战略,完善国民健康政策,为人民群众提供全方位的健康服务',是新时代健康卫生工作的纲领。没有全民健康,就没有全面小康,人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志,也是广大人民群众的共同追求。新中国成立70周年以来的漫长征程中,我国在深化医药卫生体制改革方面取得了突破性进展,获得了举世瞩目的成就,走出了一条中国特色卫生健康事业改革发展之路。在构建社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中,慈善事业也发挥着重要的推动作用。医学模式随着医学进步而发展、演变,现在正处于生物医学模式向现代生物-心理-社会医学模式转变的过程中。当前公立医院积极探索和开展医务社工小组工作模式,在营造浓郁的人文关怀氛围和创造良好的医患关系方面发挥着积极的作用,从而保障医务工作呈现一种稳定和谐的状态。河南省胸科医院社会工作部自成立起,以专业社工视角关怀0~18周岁先天性心脏病患儿,全面持续地开展医务社工小组活动,帮助患儿家属克服心理困境,重塑生活自信心,构建幸福人生。

In 2012,the 18th CPC National Congress was held.'Improving people’s health'was written into the report of the 18th CPC National Congress.The CPC Central Committee,which with comrade Xi Jinping at the core,embarked on a new journey of building a healthy China.This new journey is based on Chinese long-term development,and targets the great rejuvenation of our nation.The principles of healthcare-work in the new age,which was mentioned in the report,are'Implementing a healthy China strategy,improving the national health policy,and providing a full range of healthcare services for our people'.Without universal health,there would be no overall well-off society,people’s health is a significant symbol of national prosperity and the common pursuit of the people.In the long journey since the founding of New China,China has made breakthroughs in deepening the reform of the medical and health system,obtaining remarkable achievements and creating a path of reform and development of healthcare with Chinese characteristics.In the historical process of building a harmonious and socialist society,philanthropy plays an important and promoting role.Medical model develops and evolves with the development of the medical progress.At present,medical model is in the process of transforming from the biomedical model to the modern biological-psychological-social medical model.Public hospitals actively explore and develop the working mode of medical social worker groups.It plays a positive role in creating a strong humanistic care atmosphere and building a good doctor-patient relationship,and ensures a stable and harmonious medical work.Since the establishment,the Social Work Department of Henan Chest Hospital,from a professional social worker’s perspective,has been caring for children aged from 0 to 18 with congenital heart disease.The Social Work Department of Henan Chest Hospital continually carries out activities of the medical social-work group,helping patients’families overcome psychological difficulties,rebuild confidence and build happy life.
