胃癌风险评价ABC分类法A类人群与其胃镜检查结果比较研究

Study on status of endoscopic findings for ABC classification group A subjects

目的应用胃癌风险评价的ABC分类法,观察A类人群中胃镜下表现并进行比较。方法以2017年8月—2018年3月门诊病人中260名A群人群为研究对象,行胃镜检查,应用木村-竹本分类法评价萎缩范围,京都胃癌风险评分评价有无HP感染,并对HP和非HP感染人群检测值进行对比。结果 260例A群人群中,萎缩有20人,比例为7.7%;HP感染人群有22人,比率为8.5%。HP感染人群与非感染HP人群PGI、PII值对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 A类人群中并不能排除HP感染,内镜下表现也有萎缩可能,对于这部分人群,结合胃镜或进一步的检查是非常重要的。

Objective To investigate the status of endoscopic findings for ABC Classification Group A Subjects.Methods The 260 Group A subjects in outpatient were underwent EGD and examined in consideration of scores in the Kimura-Takemoto classification and Kyoto classification.The values between HP infection group and HP non-infection group were also studied.Results Based on the EGD findings for the 260 subjects in Group A,atrophy was present in 7.7%by the Kimura-Takemoto classification and HP infection in 8.5%according to the endoscopic image score for gastric cancer risk of the Kyoto classification of gastritis atrophy.There was no significant difference in serum PGI and PGII levels between HP infection group and HP non-infection group(P>0.05).Conclusion Even in those who were classified as group A by the ABC classification,presence of HP infection and atrophy were also found by the endoscopy.For these patients,HP infection should not only be diagnosed according to ABC classification but also in combination with endoscopic findings and other tests.
