摘要
目的探究凝聚胺法(MPT)与微柱凝胶法(MGT)在交叉配血与不规则抗体筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2016年6月—2018年6月期间在商丘市第一人民医院接受输血治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,均行MPT与MGT交叉配血与不规则抗体筛查。比较两组交叉配血检测时间,以谱细胞鉴定结果为'金标准',比较两组交叉配血结果,包括总阳性率、主侧阳性率、次侧阳性率与假阳性率,并比较两组不规则抗体检查结果及诊断符合率。结果 MPT交叉配血时间短于MGT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MPT与MGT交叉配血结果中总阳性率、主侧阳性率、假阳性率相比,差异无统计学学意义(P>0.05);MGT次侧阳性率高于MPT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MPT与MGT检测不规则抗体诊断符合率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MPT可在短时间内完成交叉配血,MGT法具有较高的灵敏度与特异度,两种方法结合应用于临床实践中,既可保证工作效率,又可确保输血安全性。
Objective To investigate the application value of manual polybrene test(MPT)and microcolulmn gel test(MGT)in cross matching and irregular antibody screening.Methods 100 patients with blood transfusion in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected,and they were given cross matching and irregular antibody screening by MPT and MGT.The detection time of cross matching in two groups were compared.The spectrum identification results were taken as the gold standard,the cross matching results(including total positive rate,primary positive rate,lateral positive rate,false positive rate),irregular antibody examination results,diagnostic accordance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cross matching time of MPT was shorter than that of MGT(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the total positive rate,primary positive rate,false positive rate between MPT and MGT cross matching results(P>0.05);The lateral positive rate of MGT was higher than that of MPT(P<0.05);The diagnostic accordance rate of MPT and MGT in detection of irregular antibody were compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion MPT can finish cross matching in the short time,and MGT has higher sensitivity and specificity.The joint detection of MPT and MGT in the clinic can ensure work efficiency and safety of blood transfusion.
