从身高和中指长推算环状软骨的最小内径

摘要 通过测量42具成年男性尸体的身高、中指长以及环状软骨下口的内矢状径、内横径。经统计学处理,发现人体身高、中指长都和环状软骨下口的内矢状径、内横径、较小内径存在着正相关,其相关系数有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。从身高推算环状软骨最小内径的回归方程为Y=0.9431+0.0985x;从中指长推算环状软骨最小内径的回归方程为(?)=8.3782+0.1101X。文章讨论了其临床意义。 Through measuring the height of the bodies, length of the middle fingers and the internal sagittal, transverse diameters of the inferior orifice of the cricoid cartilages to 42 male cadavers, we discovered that there was positive correlation between the herght of the bodies, length of the middle fingers and the internal sagittal, transverse and the small diameters of the cricoid cartilages by statistics. The correlative coefficient was to be highly significant (P 0.01). Predicting from the hight of the bodies, the regressive equation of the smallest internal diameter of the cricoid cartilages is (?)=0.9413+0.0985x. Predicting from the length of the middle fingers, the regressive equation of it is (?)=8.8282+0.1101x. We discussed its clinical significance in the article.
