摘要 本文采用静脉缓慢滴注低浓度去甲肾上腺素,造成家兔高血压模型。穴位贴敷磁片,观察磁场对家兔血压、脉压、心率及减压N放电的影响。实验结果表明,磁场可使血压明显下降,脉压升高,心率稍有减慢但变化不显著,减压N放电频率减少。根据实验结果,文章初步探讨了磁场降压效应的机理。 The hypertension model was produced by slowly intravenous drip of low concentration of norepinephrine. Then, laying a magnetic piece on an acupuncture point, we observed the effect of the magnetic field on the arterial blood pressure, the heart rates and the discharge of the very small Hering nerve's electricity. The results showed that the arterial blood pressure decreased, especially the diastolic pressure, as the pulse pressure increased evidently; that the impulses of the electricity of the Hating nerve reduced; that the heart rates were slightly down with no statistical significance. According to above phenomenon, we suggest the possible mechanism of the reducing effect of the magnetic field on the blood pressure.
