摘要
本文以华支睾吸虫的精原细胞和卵原细胞为材料,分析了该虫的染色体组型。结果表明其染色体数目,2n=14,n=7。核型的组成是:大型染色体4个,小型染色体10个,可配成7对。根据染色体的大小、形态和着丝粒的位置可分成两组:第一组第1号染色体为大型亚中部或中部着丝粒染色体,第2号染色体为大型亚中部着丝粒染色体;第二组第3~7号染色体为五对小型亚端部着丝粒染色体。
In this paper, the chromosomes of the clonorchis sinensis's spermatogonia and oogonia were observed in order to survey their's karyotype. Chromosomes were 14(ln=14, n=7). Among them were 4 large chomosomes and 10 small ones. They could be matched into 7 homologous pairs. The first two pairs had submetacentric, and the others appeared as subterminal centromeres. According to the size, shape and position of the centromere, we divided the chromosomes of clonorchis sinensis into groups: groups 1(pairs 12) and group Ⅱ (pairs 3—7)
