微小血管端端间断缝合方法的改进与比较实验研究

摘要 本文介绍一种微小血管端端间断缝合中将二定点缝合法改进为悬吊式二定点缝合法的新方法。作者应用外径0.3~1.0毫米免耳静脉101条,随机分为三组,分别按二定点缝合法、三定点缝合法和悬吊式二定点缝合法进行缝合比较分析。结果悬吊式二定点缝合法组由于操作方法简单,运针准确,针距、边距均匀对称,无一例缝带对侧管壁,每条血管缝合费时平均仅15分25秒,即时通畅率与远期通畅率均为100%,各项结果显著优于沿用两法组(P<0.01),是一种理想的吻合方法。 A new method of interrupted end-to-end angiorrhaphy of microblood vessels is described in this article. In the experiments, author improved located two-points angiorrhaphy into suspension located two-points angiorrhaphy. 101 veinlets of rabbits' ear with the out diameter of 0.3mm—1.0mm were used. All veinlets were divided into three groups randomly: 36 veinlets were anastomosed by located two-points angiorrhaphy, 34 veinlets were anastomosed by located three-points angiorrhaphy and 31 veinlets by suspension loeated two-points angiorrhaphy. The mean time of anastomosis of one veinlet by suspension located two-points angiorrhaphy was i5 minutes and 25 seconds. The concurrent passage rate and the permanent passage rate of anastomosed vessel after operation was 100% respectively. The suspension located two-point angiorrhaphy is dominant (P<0.01) than other methods statistically.
