摘要 针对温度对水下卧式采油树出油管安全可靠性的影响,通过分析水下卧式采油树出油管的结构及其内外温差大的特点,建立了水下卧式采油树出油管稳态传热的基本简化模型,包括物理模型和数学模型,并利用热平衡原理获得了该传热模型的解析表达式。结果表明:为了减少热应力值对水下卧式采油树出油管结构强度和材料性能的影响,在水下卧式采油树正常生产中,必须考虑出油管的保温设计。 For the influence of temperature to the safety and reliability of flowlines of the subsea Christmas tree,a theoretical model including physical and mathematical models for heat transfer problem under steady-state operation is put forward,which is based on the features of flowlines of subsea Christmas tree such as several sets of layers and large temperature gradient.By using the theory of thermal equilibrium,the analytical expression is obtained.The results show that insulation measures should be taken to reduce the thermal stresses of the subsea Christmas tree in the normal production.
