摘要
应急解脱系统是深水水下防喷器组控制系统的重要组成部分,关系到深水钻井的安全。以南海某深水钻井平台的深水防喷器组应急解脱系统为例,利用其设备参数及现场反馈的数据作为输入参数,针对应急解脱不同工况下的操作要求,模拟计算了防喷器组进行作业时的动作时间、压力变化以及水下蓄能器组的压力和容积变化等。模拟分析方法及过程对于今后水下防喷器组性能评估具有重要的参考价值。
Emergency disconnect system(EDS)is an important part of the deepwater subsea blow off preventer(BOP)stack control system,related to the safety of deepwater drilling.We use a deepwater drilling rig BOP stack in the South China Sea as an example.The parameters of the BOP stack and the records of BOP test data are adopted.Under different conditions of EDS operation,the response time and the control fluid pressure of the pipe ram,shear ram and annular BOP are simulated.The least subsea accumulators configuration under the condition of subsea accumulators failures is analyzed.The simulation results are quite meaningful for engineering.
