摘要
介绍了250 MPa超高压磨料射流内切割套管技术在我国海上油田弃井中的应用情况。该技术在渤海海域某海上油田弃井项目中分别在244.5mm和339.7mm套管内一次切割完成最大外径为762mm的三层水泥封固套管,在水下65m切割φ339.7mm+φ508mm+φ762mm三层水泥封固套管的时间小于10h。整个作业过程安全顺利,避免了进行套铣等传统方式作业,节约了作业工期费用。总结了一套使用250 MPa磨料射流切割系统在泥线下4m内切割多层水泥封固套管的成功经验和初步认识,可为今后在海上油气田弃井中开展类似作业提供参考。
The first application for suspension abrasive waterjet cutting technology of pressure up to 250 MPa in China offshore oilfield well abandonment project is introduced.This technology is used to cut casing strings in one pass under the mudline from the inner diameter of 244.5 mm or 339.7 mm to the outer diameter of 762 mm with three casings cemented inside.The total cutting time of typical three layers of cemented casing strings,whose diameters are 339.7mm,508 mm and 762 mm separately,is less than10 h at the depth of 65 m underwater.The process is safe and other traditional operations such as milling are prevented,thus the operation time is reduced and the project cost is saved.The application experience and knowledge of the high pressure abrasive waterjet cutting technology to cut multilayer casings at 4 m beneath mudline are summarized.It can offer a contrast sample for such operations in the future offshore well abandonment projects.
