摘要
结合目前天然气勘探发展现状,简述天然气脱硫脱碳工艺的发展历程,特别提出活化甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)法在脱硫脱碳工艺中使用的广泛性,并通过活化MDEA溶剂与普通MDEA溶剂进行中试对比试验研究,认为筛选的活化MDEA溶液在各种条件下对CO2的吸收性能高于MDEA水溶液。所得结果可为高含CO2天然气脱碳工艺设计提供参考。
The technology of natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization is introduced,in combination with the current status of natural gas exploration and development.Active methyldiethanolmine(MDEA)method is widely used for gas purification.The CO_2 absorption properties of the active MDEA solution are tested under various conditions,showing better results in comparison with the traditional MDEA solvent.This research will provide reference for the decarbonization process design of natural gas with high CO_2 content.
