发达国家生态标志对发展中国家出口贸易的影响

Developed Countries' Ecolabelling Schemes and Their Effects on Exports from Dev eloping Countries

生态标志是发达国家广泛采用的环境措施,其贸易效应对发展中国家的出口存在不利影响。虽然目前这种不利影响的程度有限,但由于发展中国家经济对出口依赖增加以及发达国家存在设置绿色贸易壁垒的倾向,发展中国家必须予以重视。中国应充分利用WTO体制,维护我国和其他发展中国家的正当贸易权益;加强企业环境管理体系建设,提升企业和产品的环境竞争力;完善我国环境标志制度,为扩大产品出口提供便利。

Ecolabelling is an environmental m easure widely used in developed coun tries,which has adverse effects on exports from developing countries.While these effects have been limite d so far,they deserve the attention o f developing countries as their economies are increasingly dependent on exports and t here is a tendency in developed count ries to erect green barriers to trade.China shall take advantage of the WTO system to pr otect its own interests and those of o ther developing countries,enhance comp etitiveness of its firms and products by strengthening corporate enviro nment man-agement system,and facilitate exports through improving its environme ntal labelling system.
