薄镀金层的显微硬度测定

摘要 对电连接器接触对的薄镀金层(<2μm),本文从测试仪器,负荷选择,负荷保持时间,加载速度等探讨了显微硬度测试方法,并列出0.0098N(1gf)和0.0049(0.5gf)测试负荷下镀金层最小厚度表。还对努氏硬度与维氏硬度的换算进行了论述,综合了有关金及其金镀层硬度的数据。 The determination method of microhardness on thin gold coating (<2um) of contact couple in electric connector is discussed from t-hc aspects of instruments, the selection of load, the load holding time and the load speed etc. A table of minimum thickness of gold coating at the load of 0.0098N (1gf) and 0.0049N (0.5gf) is listed. The con-vertion between Knoop-hardness and Vickers-hardness is also doscribed, and the hardness data of gold and its alloys are collected in this paper.
