摘要 目的:探讨医院检验科在职人员的继续医学教育方法,使脱离院校的检验人员能不断学习新业务、新技术、把本职工作做得更好。方法:把继续医学教育列入科室管理,成立专门管理小组,实行教育内容的量化记录,即学分制,根据不同的继续教育内容赋予不同的学分,实行学分记录,三级认可,即管理小组学分登记员、科室领导、科训科认可,保证其公正和严肃性。结果:明显促进了在职人员学习积极性,较好地处理了工学矛盾,参加学习人员由原来的40%上升到90%以上。大部分坚守岗位的在职人员得到知识和理论方面的补充与提高。1999年~2001年科室开展新业务、新技术共16项,撰写和发表论文共49篇。 Objective: To study clinical laboratory's incumbents precede their education for dealing with antinomy of work or study, studying new operations and new techniques and doing well themselves works.Methods: To com into existence A group for managing incumbents precede their education.The group carry out credit hour system.Basing on different content, they give incumbent credit hour.Credit hour is certificated by credit hour greffier, department leader and training section for equity and harshness.Conclusions Incumbent: learns actively and rather deals with antinomy of work or study.People who attend study were 40% past, but that is now over 90%.More of incumbents improve theories and skills.Department developing new operations and new techniques had 11 items in 1999.The total of thesis being composed and published was 25 in 1999.
