摘要
基于Windows平台,以AutoCAD for Windows为支撑软件,利用其ADS开发系统,针对焊接工装夹具的多样性,采用模块化、渐增式开发方式和3维参数化设计以及面向对象程序设计方法,建立了第一类手动杠杆—铰链焊接工装夹具的计算机辅助设计系统(WFCAD)。系统具备能完成从焊件原始信息处理到夹具的基本尺寸、结构尺寸的设计与计算、3维模型图生成和3维动态结构模拟以及由3维模型图生成装配图和零件图的功能。
Taking AutoCAD for Windows as the supporting software, using ADS in Windows as the system developing tools, and employing the manner of modulari zation and gradual enlargement as well as OOP method, we have developed a three dimensional parametric CAD system (WFCAD) for first type of manual level hinge welding fixtures. This system can complete the weld workpiece's information processing, fixture size computing, three dimensional model drafting, three dimensional dynamic simulation, and making the assembly and part drawings from three dimensional model drafting. The WFCAD system has good extending property, opening property and good man machine interface. The handsome and compact standard Windows man machine interface is used in WFCAD system.
