A New Type of the Precision Hot Extrustion Die for the Cross-Shaft Sleeve

分析了一般的开口式反挤压模挤压杯形件时 ,锻件存在孔口高低不平和壁厚不匀的缺陷 ,提出了一种精密挤压杯形件的新型模具 ,挤压时 ,锻件杯口由背压套施压 ,且依靠背压套限制凸模偏移 。

The defects of uneven orifice and uneven wall thickness of the forged cup_shaped part formed by the ordinary open reverse extrusion die were analyzed. A new_typed structure of the die for precision extrusion of the cup_shaped part was proposed. While extrusion, the pressure of the backpressure muff exerts on the orifice of the forged part and the backpressure muff limits the deviation of the punch, which solved the problems of uneven orifice and uneven wall thickness.
