摘要
本文首先介绍一种车牌自动识别算法,该算法的重点是实现图像二值化,本文采用一种快速收敛的OSTU算法来找出最佳阈值,实现图像二值化。接着基于LabVIEW开发平台进行图像预处理、字符分割处理、字符识别处理,最终实现车牌的自动识别。并且在此基础上,实现该设计在停车场智能停车系统中的应用。
The paper introduces a kind of automatic license plate recognition algorithm,which has focuses on realizing the binary images.
A fast convergence of the OSTU algorithm is used to find the optimal threshold and realize the binary images;then based on the Lab-
VIEW platform,image preprocessing,character segmentation,character recognition processing,and finally license plate automatic
recognition is realized;and on this basis,the application of the design is realized in the intelligent parking system in the parking lot.
